We collect information about you when you fill in our “Contact” form or when you complete a “Register your Family Hub” form, and when you tick the box to sign up for email updates.

The Family Hubs Network complies with its obligations under the “GDPR” by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.   

Family Hubs Network may pass your information to third party service providers, or use a third party service, who we have engaged/used for the purpose of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. Only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service is shared with any third party. 

4. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other members with your consent. We will only share your data with third parties with your consent.  

6. How long do we keep your personal data?   

We keep data for as long as you are a member or we have a legitimate interest in retaining your data

• The right to request a copy of your personal data which Family Hubs Network holds about you;    

• The right to request that the Family Hubs Network corrects any personal data if it is found to be  inaccurate or out of date;     

• The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for the Family Hubs  Network to retain such data;

Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
